Armour Group’s Waterside Centre, has been designed to provide an attractive and sustainable building, to meet the needs of organizations today and into the future.
The nine (9) storey building will provide 100,000 sq ft of high quality class “A” office and retail space for a range of users.
Waterside Centre is built to exceed modern class “A” standards and is a Registered LEED® Project designed to achieve LEED® Gold Certification.
While LEED® standards are shown to create a healthy workplace and increases productivity, it is Waterside Centre’s fifty percent (50%) reduction in energy utilization and subsequent reduction in operational costs that will set a new bench mark.
