Exterior Maintenance Technician
The Exterior Maintenance Technician position assists in the day-to-day operations of exterior maintenance of our Queen’s Marque District in downtown Halifax. The general presentation of the property in a first-class manner will be at the forefront of the role. Duties will include but not limited to; operating gas and electrically powered equipment, responding to maintenance requests, assisting the district maintenance team where necessary, liaising contractors as required, exterior upkeep and overall property presentation.

Director of Financial Reporting
Reporting to the Vice President, Financial Accounting & Treasury, the Director of Financial Reporting is an integral member of the management team. A senior member of the Finance Team, the Director of Financial Reporting will be responsible for preparing, reporting, and analyzing the financial results of the organization. The Director of Financial Reporting will play a significant role in budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and debt financing.

Project Coordinator
Reporting to the Construction Manager and supporting different Project Managers and Site Superintendents, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the firm’s projects, which are diverse and include a range of work from restaurant retail, base building upgrades, tenant improvements to complex new developments.

Building Operator
The successful candidate will respond to tenant requests, participate in property preventative maintenance programs, monitor and investigate utility anomalies, oversee contractors and perform maintenance on HVAC equipment.
