We are presently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to add to our team of construction professionals. Our ideal candidate will manage the day to day operation of construction sites, ensuring that the field operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. Bringing at least 10 years of relevant experience, and a trade or educational background that supports their work, the successful candidate had a proven record of success as the on-site leader for projects in excess of $5M.
Director of Accounting
Director of Accounting is an integral member of the management team. The candidate must have the capability and work ethic to manage multiple priorities in a diverse, yet demanding work environment. He or she should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and be a team player. Strong leadership skills and an analytical mind are a must. Overseeing a team of six (6) he or she is responsible for implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls that will ensure that company assets are adequately safeguarded and that all financial statements are prepared in compliance with all financial policies and GAAP.
